Maria Cherwick’s Героям слава
Maria Cherwick’s haunting and beautiful new release ‘Героям слава’ is a 6-minute instrumental journey. The title is Ukrainian and means ‘glory to the heroes,’ and, if you let it, the track can take you on an emotional journey to Ukraine. It’s very difficult to hear the song and not picture the atrocities that are unfolding there, and the bravery/resolve of the everyday citizens forced to live with the realities of war.
The track is available on Bandcamp and Cherwick is donating the money raised from the song to humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. Check it out.
