Summer Bennett’s Sirens

Summer Bennett may be only 15-years-old but she know how to keep a good thing going. Her latest single “Sirens,” (produced by Matt Dines) continues her trend of thoughtful, emotive pop that proves she’s got the talent to back the hype.

And there’s been plenty of hype.

Bennett’s music has been making waves across the country. In 2019, Summer was a Vocal Finalist at CMTC Toronto. Two years later she was named as a 2021 Top 10 Indigenous Emerging Artists of Canada. She won the 2021 Newfound Talent Contest (MusicNL). Her song “Carsick” won the provincial Arts and Letters Award and was one of the top 125 songs in CBC’s Toyota Searchlight competition (2022).

I did mention she’s only 15 right?

Bennett has signed with Scilly Cove Records and is beginning work on her debut album with Grammy Award Winning Record Producer, Greg Wells.

Can’t wait to hear it.
