Carolina East: Isn’t It Nice

My appreciation for Newfoundland’s Carolina East music is growing all the time. Her brand of country-pop is infectious — she’s yet to release a single that I haven’t wanted to sing along to. Her latest, Isn’t It Nice (which she co-wrote), continues the trend. Lyrically, the song tackles the idea of not needing someone but the realization, that life might be nicer when you find the right companion.

It’s upbeat, catchy and bold — the track belongs on repeat.

Check it out. Now.

Hear ‘Isn't It Nice’ and a whole lot of other music from Newfoundland artists on the NL Mixtape.
