What Child Is This by Carolina East

Carolina East’s version of ‘What Child is This’ from her 2018 album Home for the Holidays is absolutely beautiful. Her vocals soar and shine over subtle instrumentation, creating a version that’s simple, heartfelt, and perfect for a quiet moment during the busy holiday season.

With East’s rich voice bringing warmth to every track, the whole album is worth a listen. It’s ideal for trimming the tree, wrapping presents, or just pretending the whole holiday ‘to-do’ list doesn’t exist for a while.

Also, a quick shout out to Carolina—she had a health scare this fall, and we’re wishing her all the best this holiday season — take care, and keep the music coming!

Make sure ‘What Child is This’ is in your holiday rotation this year!
